The Matchmaking Process

The information provides all clients an opportunity to meet Narineh, founder and matchmaker of Achkt Louys, through a virtual call to discuss the matchmaking process and services prior becoming a client. This is a complimentary session at which Achkt Louys learns about the client and their hopes for matchmaking. It is at this session where both the potential client and Achkt Louys learn if matchmaking is a good fit.

Schedule a date/time for the virtual informational session using the scheduler.

Singles will not be considered an official client until after the interview is conducted.

** Achkt Louys vets all clients prior to matching them with other clients.

During the information session, if it is decided that Achkt Louys services are a good fit, the matchmaker will schedule the client interview.

The client interview is a meeting between the client and Achkt Louys to solidify the client’s private singles profile and begin the matchmaking process. This meeting provides an opportunity for the matchmaker to learn more about the client and what they are looking for in a life partner. This interview is complimentary with the purchase of a one-year membership. The interview will last about 25-30 minutes.

Achkt Louys assures that the database is completely private and secure. Client profiles are not visible to anyone other than Achkt Louys. Clients are matched exclusively through the matchmaker; therefore, no client is able to scroll through profiles to seek out other clients. This is a matchmaking service, not a dating app.

Once a suitable match present themselves, Achkt Louys contacts both clients providing a brief summary about their potential match. The summary includes their potential match’s basic information such as age, location, and occupation. It also includes information about their hobbies, passions, and values. Photographs and names are not shared.

If both parties agree to the introduction, Achkt Louys will set up a date for the two clients to meet via a virtual date.

During the date, clients are asked to not share personal or contact information such as last names and phone numbers. After hearing from both clients about their thoughts on the date and their feelings on the connection, the matchmaker will take the next steps to either share phone numbers or relay that it is not a match.

After the date, both clients receive a brief questionnaire for the opportunity to express thoughts on the date. It is at this time both parties share whether or not they’d like to exchange contact information with their match; if both parties agree, Achkt Louys exchanges their phone numbers.

Sharing phone numbers and last names are not permitted during a first introduction.

• If the match was not successful, this post-date feedback will help Achkt Louys narrow down better matches for the client in the future.

If both parties decide they’d like to get to know one another better, the matchmaking exchanges both client phone numbers. At this point, the two clients begin dating. The matchmaker checks with both clients every few weeks to see how the relationship is going and progressing.

If for any reason the relationship is not successful, the clients reach out to Achkt Louys requesting to be placed back into the singles pool.
