STEP one:

Fill out the new-client information form.

Schedule a date/time for the client interview (Zoom) using the scheduler.

** The interview can be scheduled at a later date; however, Achkt Louys vets all clients prior to matching them with other clients, so singles will not be considered an official client until after the interview is conducted.

STEP two:

The interview is a casual meeting between the client and the matchmaker to discuss what it is the client is looking for in a partner. During the interview, the matchmaker gets the opportunity to learn more about the client such as interests, values, and personality. Once the interview has been conducted, the client becomes an official member in Achkt Louys’ singles private database and ready to be introduced to potential matches.

Achkt Louys assures that the database is completely private and secure, and client profiles are not visible to anybody other than Achkt Louys. Clients are matched exclusively through the matchmaker; therefore, no client is able to shop through profiles to seek out other clients. This is a matchmaking service, not a dating app.

Achkt Louys defaults all clients to the “Match-by-Match” Yearly Membership; however, if the matchmaker feels a client would be a good fit for the package plans, it will be offered as an option.

STEP three:

Once suitable matches present themselves, Achkt Louys contacts the client to set up a Zoom and/or in-person meeting to discuss potential matches and the next steps in the process.

Both match parties have the opportunity to agree to the terms and being introduced, and Achkt Louys will set up a date for the two parties to meet via Zoom.

Finding one’s true match or life-partner is not easy and does not happen overnight. Needless to say, Achkt Louys cannot guarantee clients that they will find their life partner immediately; however, having Achkt Louys as your ally and advocate will help you get closer to reaching this milestone in life.

STEP five:

Each client receives a complimentary post-date session with Achkt Louys to share their thoughts on their match. It is at this time both parties share whether or not they’d like to exchange contact information with their match; if both parties agree, Achkt Louys will share the information with both parties.

Sharing phone numbers and last names are not permitted during a first introduction.

• If the match was not successful, this post-date session will help Achkt Louys narrow down better matches for the client in the future.
